Training Log
OK, weighed in at 215#s and need to make it down to 200 #s by April 7th. This week will be a break in week to get ready for 7 hard weeks of training. I will also start focusing on crossfit workouts 2-3 times per week. This will be my first year competing as a Black Belt in the Pan Ams and I dont want to lose becasue of endurance. A big focus will be on improving my takedowns, I want to control the fights.
